1. We give a lot of information and teach the basics in our courses. 
2. We're really proud of how deep we go into the practitioner-focused lessons, but we go deeper in a presentation or workshop where people can ask us questions. 
3. And we have 1:1 leadership coaching packages for each course or session where we can individualize instruction and offer more depth and speed to your learning.

It's very common for someone or a team to access all three levels with different personnel. For example, In June, we had a few district leaders from one district take Manage Hard, Lead Easy. In August, we gave 4 presentations in this district on topics from that course to over 100 people. By October, we were coaching 3 school and 2 district leaders on the concepts we covered in August.
